St James’ Birkdale, is a church family for all ages and all kinds of people. “A place to belong” and a place where we offer you a very warm welcome.

We want to be a growing church and hope that you will find a spiritual home amongst us. We’re here to help people find God and grow in their relationship with Him, serving our community with the gifts God has given us.

Whether you are looking to join our church family on a regular basis, or are enquiring about becoming part of the church for a special event, such as a wedding or a baptism, these pages should give you all that you need to know.

We are intentionally praying for our church and community this month. A prayer prompter can be found here

St James’ Birkdale takes its duty and obligation to protect all extremely seriously. We have adopted the national Church of England's robust procedures and guidelines.
